Boundaries

We are located in the City of Phoenix’s Encanto Village. Our neighborhood covers the area from Indian School Road north to the Grand Canal between 15th and 19th Avenues. This area is comprised of over 300 single family residences and a combination of approximately 150 rental units and business locations.

History

BelAir consists of 3 separate developments, Kearnie Estates, Eugene Place, and BelAir. Most of the homes in the neighborhood were completed between 1949 and 1952 by the Porter Womack Construction Company.

The Association was created to increase neighborhood pride, prevent crime, and to make Bel Air safer for our children and neighbors.

The purpose of the BelAir Neighborhood Association is to achieve and preserve a safe, attractive, and valued neighborhood with a sense of community and a spirit of pride, responsibility and cooperative involvement.

Involvement

The BelAir Neighborhood Association needs you! One of the most tangible ways to improve the quality of life in our neighborhood is to get involved. Join our Block Watch committee, help with neighborhood clean ups, consider becoming a board member, attend our General Meetings and get to know your neighbors.
