OK, my friends. Here is the newest topic: Block Watch. Unlike PNP (Phoenix Neighborhoods on Patrol), which requires training through the police department, Block Watch isn't as formal. It too would be described as "eyes and ears," but no one rides around to look at the whole neighborhood at once. Just pay attention to your own block. Several people have been doing this, informally, for years. Why not be credited for it, and work together across the neighborhood?
