Bel Air is a wonderful place to live. We have great neighbors, well-maintained yards, and a pretty quiet place to live. Over the summer I'd like to share some ice cream, lemonade, and iced tea with some of my Bel Air neighbors. We want to put up the blue Bel Air canopy in "someone's" yard once or twice a month in the late afternoon or early evening for an hour or two. I'm thinking about a large shade tree, a lawn, and waving hello to passers-by as I offer a glass of lemonade and a chair for a chat. Let's talk.

OK, I've been thinking about this project. When we get it started, we will need a yard to set up in. We have a couple so far, but it's been a bit warm yet. When we are going to have a gathering, we will post signs strategically around the neighborhood, besides letting you know on the website. The signs will be the bright yellow-gold free-standing signs we use for announcing the annual yard sale, since they are already familiar to us. We'll include the time of day and the address on each sign.

In the meantime, we also have access to the gym at the Lutheran Church school. We are thinking about kids' activities, pizza, and a movie or two. We'll use the same signs for that activity too. Anybody interested?
